Terms of Service

Effective 06/23/20241.) All commissions require a half down payment on quoted price before work can begin.
a.) Quotes will be sent through email after commission request or through an alternative contact method.
2.) Individuals will have 2 weeks to send me half payments. If an individual does not comply, commission is canceled and any money paid to that point cannot be refunded.
a.) Any individual who does the above will not be able to commission me again.
b.) This rule can be overlooked if the customer alerts Red to any other circumstances
that may cause payment to take longer.
c.) First payment is due 2 weeks after the quoted price is sent.
3.) I reserved the right to refuse any commission.
4.) I reserve the right to be given at least 2 weeks to finish your commission. Any more needed will be discussed between the client and myself.
5.) Progress shots will be sent to the person who requested commission throughout the commission process. The first progress shots will allow the person who commissioned to request changes for free. After the first two updates, any changes asked will incur a cost of $2 per change.
6.) No returns or exchanges for services rendered.
7.) Commission CAN include Smut, Gore, Furry and general NSFW art.
a.) To get these commissions you’ll have to show me ID or tell me your age.
b.) Any individual found out to be lying about age and ends up being under 18 will be blocked on all socials, and unable to commission me again. I am not held liable if individuals lie about their age.
8.) Commission CAN NOT include molestation, pedophilia, zoophilia or necrophilia, drugs or any kind of abuse. Anything having to do with racism or has racist undertones.
a.) All characters I draw in compromising situations are 18+.
b.) Chibi Commissions CAN NOT be NSFW.
9.) Do not edit or change my art in any way, shape or form. If you want changes to the design, please let me know during the commission process OR create a new piece for said edits.
a.) This does not apply for customers using their designs for business reasons; please let Red know if this will be the case.
10.) Designs, no matter what they are used for, must be linked back to me in some way. Preferred way is to link back to my carrd.
11.) Commissions used for business or commercial purposes have an increase in price of 50% to allow for continued rights of the pieces.
12.) If applicable, you can get $5 off your commission if you allow me to continue selling the design after creation.
13.) Currency/ Apps available for payment use: Paypal via invoices or Square via Invoices. Cash, Venmo and Cashapp are only available in person or at conventions.
14.) Emailing or contacting me about a commission is your way of saying you agree with these terms and conditions.
15.) When commissions are sent out in the mail, if it gets lost or damaged in the mail, Shifty/Amanda is not liable. She will try and make it right, but if it’s the original piece then item will not be recreated and refunds will not be given.
16.) Discounts will be given for bulk ordering.
17.) No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
18.) For Rush jobs, an increase in price by 50% is required.

Adoptable Terms of Service

1. Credit me wherever the image is posted and for the original character design.
2. IN NEW PIECES the character can be changed however the owner pleases, just still credit for the origin of design.
3. No editing the original piece of art in any way.
4. Do not sell or trade for more then bought for, unless it comes with more art.
5. New owner must continue to credit me.
6. All adopts are FCFS and I do not do holds. Money must be sent within 24 hrs of stating you'll buy the adopts. If not the adopt will be put back up for sale.
7. Credit me here on my toyhouse (https://toyhou.se/Shiftysphynx) or here on my website.
8. If you want to use my adopts for commercial purposes (either using my images or new images based on the character) you'll have to pay an extra fee.These may be changed or edited at any time.Effective 10/30/2023

All Commissions will have 50% of profits donated to charity!

Starting November 2024, whenever you commission me, I will donate 50% of profits to specific charities! This is 50% of all the commission for digital commissions, and 50% of the digital price of the physical commissions.
i.e.: $20 donated for a Chibi Commission (total $40) OR $20 donated for a Chibi Keychain commission (total $65)
